The Children's Bookshow 2022

The event will take place at the Grand Theatre, Wolverhampton with the wonderful author and illustrator Catherine Rayner. Catherine's books are absolutely beautiful, you may be aware of some of her previous work:

Each child attending will receive a FREE copy of Catherine's book Harris Finds His Feet!

Catherine has also collaborated with Tim Birkhead, Linda Newbery, Michael Morpurgo, Vivian French, Ursula Moray Williams, Michael Bond and Julia Donaldson as an illustrator.

Catherine will be sharing her award winning picture books with the children and they will see the characters come to life as Catherine draws live on stage. Children will have the opportunity to ask questions and the performance will be a fantastic opportunity for the children to hear one of the most exciting picture book creators talk about her work.

The performance takes place on Thursday 3rd November at 10.30am and will last for approximately 1 hour. The performance is aimed at children in years 1 and 2. The cost is £6 per child and adults go free.

We also have a limited number of free in school workshops on offer so those booking are invited to register their interest in these after booking tickets to be in with a chance of hosting one of these special workshops.
